This position is to improve after sales service support for Laser Processing Machines in Vietnam market:

• Be responsible for the commissioning of machine and trouble shooting of Laser Processing Machines.
• Handle other duties including providing maintenance contract, consumable parts sales to end user and etc.
• Prepare for the installation of the Laser Processing Machines.
• Assist Service Manager in quotation, reporting, stock inventory and daily service scheduling.
• Report discrepancies, unresolved or recurrent problems to Service Manager.

Others:
+ Report to the Line Manager upon succession of any tasks accordingly
+ Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Mục tiêu:
Nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ sau bán hàng cho máy Laser tại thị trường Việt Nam.

Nhiệm vụ chính:

• Chịu trách nhiệm chạy thử (commissioning) và xử lý sự cố cho máy gia công Laser.
• Thực hiện các công việc liên quan như cung cấp hợp đồng bảo trì, bán linh kiện tiêu hao cho khách hàng.
• Chuẩn bị cho việc lắp đặt máy gia công Laser.
• Hỗ trợ Quản lý Dịch vụ trong việc lập báo giá, báo cáo, kiểm kê tồn kho và sắp xếp lịch dịch vụ hàng ngày.
• Báo cáo các vấn đề tồn đọng, chưa giải quyết hoặc lặp lại cho Quản lý Dịch vụ.

Các công việc khác:

• Báo cáo cho Quản lý trực tiếp khi hoàn thành nhiệm vụ được giao.
• Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Quản lý.

Requirements:
• University or College, major in Mechatronics/ Electrical/ Automation Engineering is preferable.
• Experience in service or repairing industrial machinery (2-5 years)
• Experience in operating and repairing laser machine is preferable.
• Able to perform and operate LASER machine with basic application knowhow.
• Must have good electrical analysis skill and mechanical troubles-shooting skill.
• Able to speak intermediate or higher English (better if can speak basic Japanese)
• Good customer service skill.
• Willing to travel to Ho Chi Minh city, Thailand, Japan (accordingly)

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học hoặc Cao đẳng, ưu tiên chuyên ngành Cơ điện tử, Điện, Kỹ thuật Tự động hóa.
• Có kinh nghiệm dịch vụ hoặc sửa chữa máy công nghiệp từ 2-5 năm.
• Kinh nghiệm vận hành và sửa chữa máy Laser là một lợi thế.
• Có khả năng vận hành máy Laser với kiến thức ứng dụng cơ bản.
• Thành thạo kỹ năng phân tích điện và xử lý sự cố cơ khí.
• Tiếng Anh giao tiếp ở mức trung cấp hoặc cao hơn (biết tiếng Nhật cơ bản là điểm cộng).
• Kỹ năng chăm sóc khách hàng tốt.
• Sẵn sàng đi công tác tại TP.HCM, Thái Lan, Nhật Bản khi được yêu cầu.
