1. Payment term:

• Payment before shipping

Customer will make payment of each Purchase Order/ Contract before Goods are shipped by Mitsubishi Electric Vietnam Company Limited.

• Payment after shipping

Customers will make payment after delivery within 30-60 days (or another term agreed by both parties in the Purchase Order/ Contract) from the date of issuance of VAT invoice and the Customers have received the Goods. Depending on the type of the Product and different commercial conditions, Mitsubishi Electric Vietnam Company Limited and the Customer may negotiate and confirm the payment in installments. VAT invoice will be issued on delivery date.
