Bau Tram Lakeside urban area: effective operation with Mitsubishi Electric low-voltage electrical equipment.

Bau Tram Lakeside urban area: effective operation with Mitsubishi Electric low-voltage electrical equipment.

Stable operation with high durability and protection capability, Mitsubishi Electric low-voltage electrical equipment has successfully satisfied the strict requirements of the investors of Bau Tram Lakeside urban area after nearly a year of usage.

Designed to be an ecological urban area, Bau Tram Lakeside harmoniously combines green space with high-quality infrastructure, traditional values and modern lifestyle. With a total area of up to 46 ha, the urban area features a complete system of quality infrastructure, including green parks, nurseries, swimming pools, outdoor barbecue gardens, entertainment centers, shopping malls, spacious lobbies, 24/7 camera systems located in elevator halls and parking lots. With its convenient location, Bau Tram Lakeside meets all the standards for a modern urban space.

The Ori Garden, a social housing apartment project, is located in the green urban area of Bau Tram Lakeside, Da Nang City. Owned by Saigon – Danang Investment Joint Stock Company.

Solving the challenge of technical requirements and budget constraints

As part of the Bau Tram Lakeside urban area, The Ori Garden social housing apartment complex with 16 buildings has attracted significant attention from many investors and residents. Not only located in a large urban area, the project also offers rare and diverse amenities and services for a social housing apartment, such as a square, swimming pool, children's playground, community activity area, etc. Additionally, the apartment complex is equipped with an integration access card for elevator and parking usage and a continuous basement floor with a smart parking system. All devices and products used in the operation process are carefully selected to meet strict criteria, ensuring the overall quality of the project while still being within the appropriate budget for social housing.

The Ori Garden boasts high-quality infrastructure and amenities, setting new standards for social housing.

This is also the challenge that the investors of the project, Saigon - Danang Investment Joint Stock Company (SDN), a member of Saigon Invest Group (SGI) - posed to the construction contractor when selecting low-voltage electrical equipment for the power supply system in the apartment complex. It not only had to meet technical standards related to stability and safety in the power supply process, but the products also needed to have a long lifespan, durability in harsh environments, cost-saving in repairs, and ease of operation.

Given these requirements, along with ensuring a suitable budget and tight delivery schedule, the contractor proposed Mitsubishi Electric low-voltage electrical products, which the investor fully trusted and agreed to use in both Block B4-1 (consisting of 10 buildings) and Block B4-2 (consisting of 6 buildings).

The low-voltage electrical products from Mitsubishi Electric were utilized by the investors in the project to ensure the stable and safe operation of the electrical system.

Safe and stable operation with internationally standardized equipment

As one of the world's leading brands in manufacturing and trading electrical-electronic systems and products, Mitsubishi Electric offers medium-voltage and low-voltage equipment with outstanding durability and high protection capabilities, providing stability and safety for the data center. In addition to meeting international standards such as JIS, IEC, BG, EN, UL/CSA, the equipment is designed to be compact, user-friendly, and offers a wide range of options to cater to diverse customer needs. This is why Mitsubishi Electric's products are trusted and chosen by customers worldwide, including the investors at Bau Tram Lakeside.

The Mitsubishi Electric low-voltage electrical products applied in the project include:

MCCB - Molded Case Circuit Breakers, NF Series

MCCB is a type of circuit breaker used for main circuits and branch circuits in electrical cabinets in both industrial and residential constructions. It functions to protect against short circuits and to open and close electrical circuits in case of overload or short circuit faults, ensuring the safety of individuals and electrical devices. MCCB can also be used as a manually operated disconnect switch in emergencies or during maintenance. Importantly, with its durable performance and ability to withstand high fault currents, the equipment continues to operate normally after the faults have been resolved. Additionally, MCCB is compact, flexible in installation, and comes with various accompanying accessories to serve different expansion functions.

Automatic circuit breakers - MCCB and MCB play a crucial role in protecting the system against short circuits and overloads.

Produced in Japan, Mitsubishi Electric’s MCCB not only meets the IEC 60947-2 standard but also complies with the RoHS standard (Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive) issued by the European Union, which restricts the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.

MCB - Miniature Circuit Breaker, BHW-T Series

MCB, in the form of a toggle switch, is specifically used for main circuits or branch circuits in electrical cabinets in residential constructions, such as at Bau Tram Lakeside, ensuring safe operation, simplicity, and easy installation and removal. The device helps to open and close electrical circuits during normal operation while protecting the circuit, wiring, and residential devices in case of overload or short circuit faults.

The product has a lifespan of up to 4000 operations and meets the IEC/EN 60898-1 and IEC 60947-2 standards.

ACB - Air Circuit Breaker, WS Series

ACB, an air circuit breaker, is designed for the main circuit of the building's main electrical cabinet to open and close and protect against short circuits and overloads in the power distribution system. With its fast response and high breaking capacity, the device ensures the protection of electrical circuits, cables, and the main electrical cabinet system in case of overload, short circuit, ground fault, overvoltage, or Undervoltage.

Mitsubishi Electric's ACB can withstand very high fault currents and ensures normal operation after the faults have been resolved, providing safety and stability for the current flow throughout the entire apartment complex. The device also allows remote control and can be combined with various accessories to expand its functionality (such as display meters, fault signaling contacts, multifunctional measurement displays, motor charging/discharge devices, network connectivity devices, etc.).

Contactors, S-T & S-N Series

These are electromagnetic circuit breakers that function to open and close electrical circuits based on user control, specifically designed for motor starting circuits. They can be applied to both single-phase and three-phase systems. Mitsubishi Electric's Contactor series has a breaking capacity of up to 10 million operations, ensuring durable, stable, and safe operation. Additionally, the compact design of the device, along with a range of accessories, caters to various control and monitoring needs.

The contactor operates with durability, stability, and safety.

With internationally recognized quality standards, Mitsubishi Electric's low-voltage electrical devices used in the residential area of Bau Tram Lakeside have contributed to ensuring the continuity of the electrical system. These products not only facilitate the stable operation of lighting fixtures, machinery, air conditioning systems, household appliances, and other electrical devices but also provide safety protection for the building and residents against overloads, short circuits, and potential fire hazards.

Simple in operation and maintenance, these devices provide convenience for system monitoring technicians who supply electricity to the building while significantly saving costs for warranty and maintenance for investors. Furthermore, Mitsubishi Electric's user manuals are detailed, providing comprehensive information and installation options, thereby giving contractors and designers an overview and specific instructions for various situations that may arise. As a result, Mitsubishi Electric's electrical and electronic products in general, and low-voltage electrical products in particular, have conquered many global markets, meeting technical standards and aiming for sustainable development and environmental protection.
