Job description:

  • Receiving, checking input purchase orders from Distributors; releasing PO to vendors for received POs and stock.
  • Checking delivery time and stock status enquired by customers
  • Update the data to section management area
  • Following up PO received and reporting weekly
  • Following up delivery time closely with vendors and on FA Supply Chain management system to update continuously to Distributors
  • Working with shippers, forwarders regarding shipments to make the goods come to warehouse in the shortest time.
  • Creating PR, PO, SO, DO, issuing invoice on SAP system; delivery handling to customers
  • Handling CO/ CQ and other documents requested by customers and getting approved from authorized manager
  • Getting price, sending quotation to Distributors
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager

Job Requirement:

  • Female, Bachelor degree, prefer in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Logistics
  • 1-2 year-experience in sales admin/ merchandise/ purchasing, …
  • Attention to detail, ability to learn, can-do attitude
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Good in computer skill (Excel, Words, Power Point…)
