JOB DESCRIPTION

• Contribute to improving EDM (WEDM, Sinker, Super drill) customer satisfaction.

• Contribute to increasing EDM machine sales and EDM service sales.

• Improve quality and speed of EDM after-sales service.

• Visit customers to provide EDM service and application service.

• EDM installation, operation training (include 2DCAM), repair, maintenance etc.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding service and application.

• Sample machining in the showroom and create reports.

• Visit customers with our sales team and explain details of EDM.

• Propose machine sales, repair, maintenance contract, parts sale, etc. to customers.

• Selection of parts, creation of quotations.

• Report discrepancies, unresolved or recurrent problems to Service Manager.

• Share information with other engineers to improve skills.

Other:

• Report to the Line Manager upon succession of any tasks accordingly.

• Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Nhiệm vụ chính:

• Góp phần nâng cao sự hài lòng của khách hàng về máy EDM (WEDM, Sinker, Super Drill).
• Hỗ trợ tăng doanh số bán máy EDM và dịch vụ EDM.
• Cải thiện chất lượng và tốc độ dịch vụ hậu mãi EDM.
• Thăm khách hàng để cung cấp dịch vụ kỹ thuật và hỗ trợ ứng dụng EDM.
• Thực hiện lắp đặt máy, đào tạo vận hành (bao gồm 2DCAM), sửa chữa, bảo trì.
• Giải đáp thắc mắc của khách hàng liên quan đến dịch vụ và ứng dụng.
• Gia công mẫu tại showroom và lập báo cáo.
• Đồng hành cùng đội ngũ kinh doanh đến thăm khách hàng, giới thiệu chi tiết về máy EDM.
• Đề xuất bán máy, hợp đồng sửa chữa/bảo trì, bán linh kiện cho khách hàng.
• Lựa chọn linh kiện, lập báo giá.
• Báo cáo các vấn đề tồn đọng hoặc lặp lại cho Quản lý Dịch vụ.
• Chia sẻ thông tin với các kỹ sư khác để nâng cao kỹ năng.

Các công việc khác:

• Báo cáo cho Quản lý trực tiếp khi hoàn thành nhiệm vụ được giao.
• Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Quản lý.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduated College or University (Major in Mechatronics / Electrical / Automation Engineering is preferable).

• At least 3 years of experiencing in CNC machine tools or EDM operation

• Experience in Machine repair and maintenance (EDM, CNC Machines, etc..)

Others/Skill Requirements:

• Must have electrical analysis skill and mechanical troubles-shooting skill

• Able to read machining drawings

• Able to have excellent communication with customers

• Able to speak conversational English ((A little Japanese is preferred)

• Willing to go business trip to HCM, Japan (Accordingly)

Trình độ học vấn:

• Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học (Ưu tiên chuyên ngành Cơ điện tử, Điện, Kỹ thuật Tự động hóa).

Kinh nghiệm:

• Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm vận hành máy CNC hoặc máy EDM.
• Có kinh nghiệm sửa chữa và bảo trì máy móc (EDM, CNC, v.v.).

Kỹ năng khác:

• Thành thạo phân tích điện và xử lý sự cố cơ khí.
• Đọc hiểu bản vẽ gia công.
• Giao tiếp tốt với khách hàng.
• Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh (biết tiếng Nhật là một lợi thế).
• Sẵn sàng đi công tác tại TP.HCM và Nhật Bản khi được yêu cầu.
