Mitsubishi Electric Vietnam-Opening Mechatronic Solutions Center in Hanoi

Mitsubishi Electric Vietnam Co., Ltd. opened the Mechatronics Solution Center with the presence of delegates and distinguish guests in Hanoi.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Shin Iida - General Manager, Factory Automation Division of Mitsubishi Electric Vietnam Co., Ltd., the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Association of Supporting Industries (VASI), MEVN members, and distinguish guests.

Mitsubishi Electric Vietnam is delighted to present the mechatronics solution center, which features display EDM machines (Electrical Discharge Machining). The center aims to provide customers with timely updates on the latest technologies and practical experiences, as it recognizes the significance of updating new technology and understanding the challenges that they are facing.

Representatives of the Factory Automation Division of Mitsubishi Electric Vietnam Co., Ltd cut the ribbon to open the Mechatronic Solutions Center in Hanoi.

Many industry professionals from the precision machining and machining tools sectors, including engineers and business executives, attended the opening ceremony. Within the framework of the ceremony, guests had the opportunity to experience Mitsubishi Electric's advanced EDM machines with cutting-edge EDM machines shape and cut intricate metal components with exceptional precision, as well as learn about electrical discharge technology.

Mitsubishi Electric showcased wire cut machine (MV1200S series) and die-sinker machine (SG12 series) at the Mechatronics Solution Center, are well-known for the stability and proven outstanding features:

At the center, guests are educated about Mitsubishi Electric's spark processing (EDM) machinery.

According to MEVN, the machine's user-friendly interface and touch screen integration make it easy for both novice and experienced users to use, especially when handling complicated forms. In addition, with advanced technologies, MEVN's EDM machines also reduce power consumption by up to 72%, filter costs by up to 50%, wire consumption by 49% and ion exchange plastic resin consumption by up to 32% compared to conventional machines, helping to save energy and operating costs significantly.
